Our team will set up a ‘Library of Things’ (hereafter called LoT) at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to strengthen the Sharing Economy at our University. LoT works like a normal library but instead of just books, all kind of tools and products can be rented.

我們的團隊在成功大學設立租借共享平台(Library of Things或LoT)以加強校園內的想經濟。此平台就像一般的圖書館，但可以借的不只是書，還可以租借到各種物品。

A LoT at NCKU also provides the opportunity for students to learn how to use tools they would otherwise not have access to, and creates a platform for shared knowledge and use. Through sharing, less products are needed and less waste is created. Sharing optimizes the usage of a product and may be the best way to achieve a ‘recycling circle’ as described in Circular Economy. LoT will become a non-profit organization within NCKU with the goal of increasing campus sustainability while reducing living costs for students.

成大租借共享平台也給學生一個學習如何使用物品器材的機會，有些物品工具平常比較少有機會接觸，而透過此平台可以共享相關的使用技巧與知識。透過共享減少了物品需求也減少更多的浪費，共享也使產品在循環經濟中達到最佳的使用效益。成大租借共享平台將再學校中以非營利組織的方式經營，在減少學生的生活花費的同時也強化校園的永續經營。
